Free weightlifting programs are available on many Internet websites and they are opposed to the programs that you purchase with e-books, e-guides and other types of weight training coaching. The idea here is to be able to identify the differences and understand the variety of approaches to body building. The market has been flooded by weight training programs and body building solutions, and the information they provide often sounds contradictory and confusing to the average user.

The average structure of a fee-based package is the following:

-there is a manual or an e-book with all the step-by-step exercises to perform – this is the core of the weightlifting program;

-there are explanations why other methods don't work;

-there is often an analysis of good and bad supplements;

-various bonuses are included such as food recipes, special one-to-one online coaching, free updates, exercises for particular muscle groups and the like.

The good news is that you don't have to buy such materials if you can make a bit of time and come up with your own free weightlifting programs. Without making this sound too complex or hard to do, there are three things you need to learn about:

-nutrition and dietary rules;

-the type of exercises to perform in order to avoid plateaus and keep growing muscle mass;

-rest and supplements.

Most body builders want fast solutions. If they find some ready-made free weightlifting programs they are happy to just follow some guidelines and get to action. They are more interested in results than in the actual methods and ways of getting there. If you think like this, you are partly right, but here is the problem: many ready-made free weightlifting programs fail! And you don't know why!

This is why a bit of reading won't hurt. Quite the opposite. You can take things step by step and study for every stage of your training. Let's say you are a beginner; then, you ought to start by finding a good gym where you can workout at your level. If there is coaching, that's all the better!

In parallel with that, start adjusting your diet so that it supports the energy consume. You need to give the body enough nutrients to cope with the effort. Diet stimulates the muscle mass growth, the secretion of hormones and the proper working of all the organs in the body. You need to know at least the basics of nutrition.

Monitor your evolution with charts and spreadsheets putting down measurements at the end of every week, and constantly seek clear, simple information to move to the next stage of your training.

Good luck!
